Service Description

Usually 1 -3 sessions within a framework of 2 weeks to 2 months prior. The preparation phase is one of laying the groundwork and preparing the system to be able to anchor an awakening process and make it effective. The process of awakening and transformation begins as soon as you decide to take an entheogen, sit in ceremony, or use a powerful transformative tool. The process of preparation brings intention to this early phase. Most of the benefits from a sacred medicine and transformative experience come later, during the integration process. However, preparation helps you to maximize the results and benefits going into these experiences, and initiates the process right away. Preparation links up with Integration, which is the period that starts after one’s psychedelic experience. The more you prepare, the more set up you are for success during integration. Some of the areas covered during these sessions: ○ About preparation ○ Being well-informed ○ Considerations ○ Self-selecting tools ○ Establishing readiness ○ Needs and intentions ○ Personal responsibilities ○ Set, setting, & support ○ Setting up for integration Weaving Wholeness works with the “​continuum of transformation​” model. ​It ​acts as the fabric between all transformational tools, techniques, and treatments that you might be using to create positive change in your life. Engaging fully with the Preparation phase will help you achieve the greatest transformation and help you align with what is true for yourself. At Weaving Wholeness, we aim to support people for a longer duration of healing and growth, and ideally you would complement the Preparation phase with Integration after your psychedelic journey. This helps you to integrate at each level of personal work to solidify greater transformation so you do not slip back into the same cycles. We offer a sliding scale in acknowledgement of the various forms of systemic oppression that result in economic disparity, and we seek to mitigate this so that clients of different backgrounds may participate.
