Service Description

PREPARATION Usually 1 -3 sessions within a framework of 2 weeks to 2 months prior. 

 The preparation phase is one of laying the groundwork to be able to anchor an awakening process and make it usable. The process of preparation brings intention to the early phase. Most of the benefits from a transformative experience will come into fruition during the integration process, but preparation helps you maximize the results and benefits going into these experiences, and gets the process started right away. Preparation links up with integration, which is the period that starts after one’s psychedelic experience. The more you prepare, the more set up you are for success during integration. ------
 AFTERCARE 

 Minimum 3 sessions, Maximum 10, within a framework of 2 weeks to 6 months. Integration is an essential aspect of the psychedelic journey if you wish your healings to have lasting benefits. There are two different directions we can go in, depending on your needs: 1. Maximizing Benefits - When you are coming from a psychedelic experience which can be considered as positive overall (even with its challenges). We will work with the insights and lessons that surfaced through your transformational journey, assimilating their truths and characteristics, and applying their messages and meaning to your mind, body, life, and spirit. Working to maximise benefits we use the “​continuum of transformation​” model from Being True To You - making use ​of transformational tools to create positive change in your life, so you do not slip back into unhealthy cycles. 2. Dealing with Adverse Effects - Experiencing adverse effects following a psychedelic experience is one of the major concerns for participants. Our working definition of adverse effects encompasses all those disturbances following the experience that may motivate a person to seek help. Working to resolve adverse effects we use a therapeutical model derived from the groundbreaking work of Marc Aixalá, as provided by the ICEERS training program and support service. Even positive transcendental experiences can fade over time, and the integration process can only be said to be complete when the fresh understandings gained are fully incorporated. Note: By offering a sliding scale, Weaving Wholeness is acknowledging the various forms of systemic oppression resulting in economic disparity. We seek to mitigate a financial barrier to entry that clients of different backgrounds may experience.
