About Me

Hello, I'm Gabriela Dworecki Domingues, a Brazilian native deeply immersed in the healing potential of non-ordinary states of consciousness.

My current practice focuses on GROF® Breathwork, Psychedelic Care and IFS® (Internal Family Systems).

My life journey has allowed me to live in various countries, and I currently have my home in the Algarve, southern Portugal, where I also receive clients.

In my exploration of GROF® Breathwork (also known as holotropic breathwork), I began training with Grof Transpersonal Training (GTT) in Europe and I certified with GROF® Legacy in Brazil.

Another passion of mine is psychotherapy for non-ordinary states of consciousness (psychedelic integration). Through supporting clients in maximising the benefits of entheogen-induced peak experiences, I choose to focus on specific interventions where clients are faced with challenges triggered by difficult experiences.

I work with Phaneros Institute in Brazil, an organization engaged with opening space for clinical trials of psychedelic-assisted therapy with MDMA and psilocybin.

My practice is deeply informed by transpersonal psychology, and I am training as a practitioner of Internal Family Systems®.

I have a deep connection with music, influenced by my heritage. I am the granddaughter of a Hungarian Jewish viola player - a holocaust survivor. From the other side of my family I have Black and Indigenous ancestry from Brazil. I feel as though an extra layer of transcendental healing weaves into my work from these sources. 

I am inspired by the cathartic potential of music and visionary art, and I feel nourished by walking barefoot in nature, befriending doggies, and singing my heart out amongst medicine families around the world.

Above all I believe in the transformative power of human connection.
